By scheduling a service with Aadams Tree Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

- Pricing is based on the scope of work, tree size, location, and complexity.

- Appointments are scheduled based on availability.
- Customers must provide at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

- We adhere to strict safety guidelines to protect property and personnel.
- Customers must notify us of any underground utilities, septic tanks, or other hazards before work begins.
- Aadams Tree Service is not responsible for damages to unmarked underground utilities or structures.
- The customer must provide clear access to the work area before service begins.
- If access is restricted or obstructed, additional charges may apply for delays or equipment repositioning.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.
- We strive for complete customer satisfaction.
- No warranties are provided for damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, or unforeseen events.
- Emergency tree services are available, subject to scheduling and availability.
- Additional fees may apply for after-hours or urgent service requests.
- Aadams Tree Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, unforeseen events, or third-party actions.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the total cost of the service provided.
